EXTRA TOUCHES FOR EXCEPTIONAL RELAXATION...

The building was constructed in 2002 of block walls and a steel roof to Florida hurricane standards. It rode out hurricane Ivan with only minor damage to the patio screening. All rooms in the condo have imported tile floors, including the patio. This is a very desirable first-floor unit -- just step out the back door and you are right on the beach.

LIVING ROOM: Ocean view, large sofa/sleeper, chairs, coffee table, entertainment unit, end tables and ceiling fan.

ENTERTAINMENT: 60" TV with surround sound, satellite TV and music, a Blue Ray DVD player, CD player and wireless bluetooth speaker for your phone/ipod. There are an assortment of DVD's, CD's, books and games.

KITCHEN: All new cabinets, corian countertops, snack bar with four bar stools, glass top self-cleaning range, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, ice chest, supply of spices and condiments, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishes, lots of pots and pans and all utensils.

MASTER BEDROOM: Ocean view, queen sized bed, dresser, nightstands, ceiling fan, 32" flat screen satellite TV with DVD player, work desk, vertical blinds and all linens.

SECOND BEDROOM: Two twin beds convertible to a king bed, dresser, nightstand, satellite TV, ceiling fan, mini blinds and all linens.

BATHROOMS: Two full bathrooms with large shower, vanity, hair dryer, soap, shampoo, starter toilet paper and hand towels in each.

LAUNDRY: Full sized, stacked washer dryer. Laundry soap provided.

PATIO: Incredible ocean view, table and chairs for four with extra stacking chairs, chaise lounge, end table, ceiling fan and barbeque. There are some sand/water toys.

MISCELLANEOUS: Central air-conditioning, pool, beach towels, baby monitor, assortment of life jackets, most sizes of snorkel gear (mask, fins and snorkel), an electric inflator for rafts and an on-call manager.
Compared to many 'empty' VRBO's we try and leave a supply of the essentials. We restock when we are on the island. We leave a starter pack of paper goods (toilet paper / papertowels / trashbags / foil / baggies / etc). Baths have shampoo, contitioner and bath soap. There is an array of sunscreens.

We even provide items we hope you will never need such as: a fire extinguisher, a first-aid kit, an iron with ironing board, an alarm clock and an extra key if you lock yourself out.
This is a non-smoking unit -including the patio.
