From $375 per night and $2,350 per week

NOTES:
  • Children are gladly allowed.

  • Sorry, pets are not allowed.

  • There is no smoking inside the condo or patio.

  • Our condo is not handicap accessible. Although, it is on the ground floor, and there is only one step.

  • Contact owner for COVID related -- illness /country shut down waiver of rules
PAYMENT TERMS:
  • 50% due at time of reservation.

  • Remainder to be paid 30 days prior to trip.

  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal or check.

  • Rates subject to 16% Cayman Govt. Tax.
CANCELLATIONS:
  • Renter pays 3% credit card processing fee.

  • If more than 90 days before trip, 10% penalty fee.

  • If 90 days or less before trip, and we are unable to rebook, you forfeit entire deposit.

  • If you have an unforseen personal or family emergency, contact us for specific consideration.
