Our condo is located on the north side of Grand Cayman near Rum Point in the exclusive, upscale Cayman Kai neighborhood. It is next door to the Kaibo Yacht Club which is open to the public. Rum Point and Cayman Kai are quiet neighborhoods of private beach front homes, cottages and small condominium projects. There are no hotels in this part of the island.

This is a water oriented community with every home site backing up to the beautiful and protected North Sound Bay.

From the airport to the condo is about 21 miles -- about a 40 minute scenic drive. Roads are good - driving is on the left.

Within walking distance or a short drive are restaurants, a dive shop, botanical gardens and a small grocery store.
